Return Process
If you wish to return an item, please ensure it is in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for eligible products (excluding personalized or intimate items).
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team who will provide you with a Return Authorization Number and instructions.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Refund Process
Refunds are processed after the returned item has been received and inspected at our warehouse.
Once inspection is complete, refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.
For credit card payments, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank's processing time.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds are granted for: Damaged or defective products upon delivery, Incorrect items shipped, Products not matching the description on our website, Dissatisfaction with product quality (subject to inspection).
Refunds are not granted for: Change of mind after 24 hours, Products damaged due to customer misuse, Personalized or custom-made items, Products returned without original packaging and tags, Items returned after 30 days of delivery.
Store Credit Option
As an alternative to cash refunds, we offer store credit for eligible returns.
Store credit can be used for future purchases on our website and does not expire.
This option is automatically available for returns that don't qualify for cash refunds but are still within our return window.
Store credit is issued immediately upon approval of your return and can be viewed in your account dashboard.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
We may request photographic evidence of the damage or defect to process your claim.
Once verified, we will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including any shipping costs incurred.
In some cases, we may ask you to return the damaged item, and we will cover all return shipping costs.
